Whatever they call them, this interview style design has been created to help get your child talking, asking basic questions that prompt them to share what they really think him.
Make sure to record all the funny and sweet answers on this sheet, the end result makes for a great father's day gift and keepsake to look back on through the years.
This easy to fill out design includes:
